What the fuck is the Holding Company? Sounds like some Communist rhetoric. Just what kind of operations have you performed? I have been under the impression that The Alliance performs all of the largest operations of anything ever.
I am officially appointing you "Guy In Charge of Spying on the Holding Company." You seem to have an in with this perspective new enemy. You can gather data about who they are, what they do, and precisely why The Alliance should hate them.
